Legal, MOral and Ethical issues task 1 c)

Legal, Moral and Ethical issues • I’ve checked the ASA, OFCOM AND IPSO’s website and haven’t encountered any legal issues which affect me due to the fact that I will be using my own photographs which I have taken myself. In terms of Moral or Ethical issues, again, there isn’t any problems which can stop me or make me change my plans. I have also got the right to talk about Instagram and no permission is needed unless particular actions are performed such as using images which are taken without permission or aren’t yours while you pretend to be the owner of them.

    You still need to give an overview of issues such as copyright, and there *are* things to consider regarding ethical issues such as accuracy and privacy, which you will need to re-visit IPSO to look at.
